The front desk had to check if the hot tub room we booked was cleaned... It wasn't and we were the ones to find out (the toilet had visible poop all around it, inside and out). The other room at the same price point was not available, so they at least upgraded us to the jacuzzi room for free. When we moved to it, we smelled two different very bad smells all along the 3rd floor hallway that was so bad my wife almost puked and I didn't like it (my sense of smell isn't very good, so that's saying something). The room had no such smell or we'd have left and found another hotel, even if we couldn't get a refund. The jacuzzi would have given them the 2nd star, but only one jet had any sort of power (one of the two that hit the back) and the rest just moved water around without any power. The breakfast was basically what we expected... Juice station, make your own pancake stations (one regular, one 4 mini), special of the day (I assume. It was biscuits and gravy when we went... They were good, but nothing to write home about), two different cold cereals, milk, three different yogurt flavors, chocolate chip cookies (that seem to be available 24/7), and multiple muffins (the chocolate chip chocolate muffin was fine too). Otherwise everything was as we expected.

We had a jacuzzi room, we had to clean the tub because it was dirty and had some hair in it. The bed was spotless and comfy and they had a nice tv. The blinds were a little jank and the smoke detector on the ceiling was dangling. The staff was really nice. Part of the coffee pot maker was missing.

The room was very dated. Furniture was stained. Unfinished wood under the cabinets. Doors and heavy use items were pretty ugly with marks. Bed was comfortable and clean. Bathroom had some mold, missing light covers and there was scotch tape holding prices up on the ceiling. At times there were clearly people smoking weed in the hotel as hallways and our room would smell of it. The staff seemed unconcerned about others discomfort with the whole place smelling like weed.

I had to wait at the front desk to sign in. The attendant was in back doing laundry. Maybe a bell at front desk or note saying they will be right back. The room’s main overhead light was burnt out, so was very dark when entering. The toilet could stand more cleaning under the bowl rim. It looked pretty disgusting. I noticed it while taking a bath. The bed was comfy, refrigerator worked well. I know it’s a more reasonably priced hotel, but housekeeping should do a better job. I did leave a note about the light along with my room keys.

We stayed for two nights. The exterior door on the side of the building was not locked. We alerted staff right away, the response was "okay" and when we left two days later, it was still broken. The dining area was not cleaned between the two mornings we had breakfast. There was a large beetle in the room. The microwave and coffee pot were attached to a power strip that was hanging between the microwave stand and the TV stand. The TV was also plugged into it, and the power strip was hanging about 2 feet off the ground. Definitely a fire hazard! The linens and carpet appeared to be clean, so we were thankful for that. Hallway carpet appeared to be clean, but the doors and walls all appeared to have been left uncleaned for years. The whole place definitely had a smell of staleness. Overall, we won't be staying here again.

This was a pretty atrocious experience. Went to check in at 10pm and had 2 rooms reserved. No rooms were available and the girls working at the front desk didn’t have permissions to swap us to different rate rooms. There were old mattresses laying in the parking lot. Bed bugs perhaps? Eventually they had 1 room ready - there were stains all over the carpet, the room smelled awful, and there were 2 centipedes in the bathtub! My friend was shown to his room where the front desk attendant was remaking the bed with the same sheets that had been on from prior guest, but they had “only laid on the bed” - a dirty pile of towels on the ground. Y’all it was so bad. We couldn’t stay. The girls at the front desk were absolutely set up for failure by management. I was refunded for the rooms, which ai appreciate, but woof - that was nasty!

Run down dirty elevator needs attention the whole place needs to be updated mold in the shower, ac unit had mold. Water stains above the bed. Bathroom door wouldnt latch. Would never book there again. Zero stars
