Beautiful, beautiful hotel and outstanding customer service and attention to detail. Not only was my room designed impeccably and clean, but there were free waters, snacks and freshly baked cookies available upon arrival. Their breakfast was outstanding (and free) and they had coffee, beverages and snacks available at all times of day - something almost all other hotels will charge you for. This is hospitality and going the extra mile to make customers happy. Love, love, loved my stay, thank you!

Simply gorgeous!!!

Honestly one of the best and most beautiful hotels in CT. We've been staying here for many years and have seen the renovations and amenities evolve and improve through the years. Every time our stay only gets better. Gorgeous, tasteful decor, generous amenities (free snacks in a beautiful gathering room with games!). TVs in every room. Friendly staff, delicious free breakfast and just an all around wonderful place. Location is great too. Litchfield is a lovely, quaint town filled with boutiques and restaurants. The inn is also about 20 min drive to Mohawk ski mountain.
