Only one elevator worked and it was noisy and the door didn’t open properly. The room doors don’t open properly. The handles have to be pulled up because they are too loose to open when you push down. The shower is only tepid water. The table lamps overheat and turn off. The staff gave us a one day key and we were booked for two days. If any other hotel had available rooms we would have stayed elsewhere.

Patio door didn't open can hear clearly people in the other rooms the pool, restaurant and bar was all closed 🔐 tight parts of ceiling falling down in hallway cards didn't work real good I had to put my card in door at least 3 times before it would unlock the door sometimes 10 times so runned down

Pool has been down for months. No breakfast like advertised. No ice bucket in room. Ice machine is down on first floor. Barely any toilet paper. There was no remote to the tv. This place has really gone down hill. Room door was difficult to open and close. Staff was nice only good thing they have going there.

The room and building was clean and neat. Personnel were very friendly and helpful. The bathtub drain was slow and the the toilet needs the water level adjusted. A breakfast bar and coffee bar would be a great asset . I plan on staying here in the future

Very dirty, out of three lights in the bathroom only one worked and plus the bathroom fan didn't work, plus had a bad smell, I paid for two nights but only stayed one. Got a room at the Hampton for the other night.
