We went to the Dutch Apple Theatre and this hotel made it easy to get to and from the show. The room was a good size. The ice maker was out of order, there were some stains on the carpet at the elevator and the front counter clerks were helpful but we had to wait longer than we should have for someone to show up to answer our questions.

I’d book here again

My stay was great! I’d definitely book here when visiting Lancaster again. My stay was comfortable and peaceful and the staff was friendly. The only thing I would have liked to see different is the stains from the carpet outside of the elevator and a stain on the carpet in front of my room cleaned up. Other than that, everything else was great!

At first Expedia messed up gave me one bed when I asked for 2, nothing the hotel could do. However, I asked for towels, room had 1, multiple times. Finally had to go to the front and get myself.
