The property is very clean. Breakfast was good. It is next to a shopping outlet. Very quiet no noise. The manager Janet was helpful, she brought my package to my room and l found her nice and friendly, and other staffers that l met on the corridor and during breakfast were also friendly. A staff helped me go to reception and recharge my door key.

Great hotel

I went with my dad and two friends for three days during spring break. I enjoyed the very spacious hot tub and pool. Breakfast was good. The hotel is close to outlets, restaurants, and attractions. The attention was awesome! The price was good, but now I see that unfortunately it has gone up.

Check in was fast and friendly! Asked for a first floor suite and they were able to do that. Room was large and very clean. Hotel was quiet. Pool looked very refreshing. Breakfast the in the morning was yummy just the right variety of items to start your day. HAD GLUTEN FREE OPTIONS! Would stay again!

We stay in this city at least one weekend out of the month. Out of every hotel we have ever been too we have never felt such racism. I am a white woman my husband Hispanic American. Between the white women at the reception area to the other white tenants. Absolutely horrible. And it’s a shame it’s a cute little place. We had someone remove a chair in the dining area so he was unable to sit. So disrespectful! Also the old white woman in housekeeping talked to her very Americanized Tan employee so terrible I had to stop and say something. Please do not give your business to this place.

Not our first stay at this property, but first stay under new management. I like that “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it” approach was taken. Hotel has some dated decor, but it adds to the charm. It’s very clean and the breakfast area is great. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
