Would have been nice to know that this hotel does not have an elevator. Have hip and knee issues. When asked about a lower level room the staff was not very nice. Rooms nicely set up and clean. No shampoo or conditioner in containers in shower. Breakfast good. Continental with waffles. Easy access to major roads in PA

The staff that greeted us on arrival were so welcoming! We just did a quick overnight visit and this hotel was perfect for that. The only negative is the breakfast. Slim pickings. Other than that, I’d stay again!

The condition of the property is very run down. The carpets are very old and dirty in the common spaces and room. There was a roach in our bathroom but the night staff person said there was nothing he could do at the time. He did not seem surprised when I told him.

The staff at Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Lancaster Amish Country were excellent. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. My only criticism is about the shower, which had a large crack in the wall. There were also rust spots on the metal slides of the shower doors. Also, the body wash container was empty.

Front desk staff was very nice. Ice machine wasn’t working they were nice enough to give me a large ziploc bag of ice. The room had garbage on the floor when I got in the room. Cleanliness of bathroom was poor. Globs of shampoo or conditioner were on the shower wall from previous person. Bathroom walls needed to be wiped down bathroom door was destroyed at the bottom. Room ceiling and walls needed to be wiped down. Again the front staff was very friendly. The housekeeper was in slippers and had her ear buds in arguing with someone on her phone.

if you are a Lancaster resident they want 150 cash in order to let you stay at the property but they don't let you know in advance which its very inconvenient because if you don't have that money they don't care and will turn you away. I felt discriminated because how can you charge something just to local people and not to everybody
