Great location to parkway & close proximity to downtown Lancaster without paying the expensive roommates in town. Our bed was super comfy & loved the streaming TV. Good shower pressure & mini fridge.

Room: smelled like weed and we will just say the shower needed to be cleaned in the middle of the night. Staff: not supported well by management. Options were super limited and not supported well in a customer service driven manner at all. However, the security guard who went outside od his job description to clean my room was stellar as was front desk staff at chdck in. Probably wouldnt stay again due to management mishandling and dirty room. Would stay if front desk and security were in a different hotel. ... and i were staying there. Has potential but really dropped the ball. MAJOR.

We stayed at Eden Resort & Suites over Thanksgiving 2025 and had a great experience. The indoor pool was phenomenal, the room was clean, big and even ready a little early; I really enjoyed the sauna and gym. Although I failed to make reservations for the big feast, the evening bar offered good food, great drinks, and the breakfast options, both buffet and à la carte, were a huge plus. Overall, I can’t wait to come back in the summer to enjoy the outdoor pools, drinks, and everything else this resort and Lancaster have to offer.

Eden resort is a luxury hotel without the price tag, if you want to treat yourself to something nice try it you won’t be disappointed. This is our third time staying at this property we love it. We stayed at four different hotels in the past in Lancaster Pennsylvania. Now we have a favorite Eden.
