The pool was disgustingly dirty. I booked a poolside room which I didn’t receive the first day of my stay. They tried to blame it on booking through Expedia. I called Expedia and expedia fixed the situation the very next day. The beds were uncomfortable also.

Did a quick 2 night, last minute getaway. There is so much to see and do at the resort. You don’t even need to leave the resort! They have everything you need. It is very clean and luxurious! 3rd time staying there, highly recommend!

Overall, our experience was satisfactory. However, I must bring to your attention an incident in our room during our recent stay. A bathroom ceiling tile unexpectedly fell into the bathtub, possibly due to a leak. Fortunately, no one was there at the time. We informed your staff, who apologized and cleaned the debris. While appreciated, we were told an immediate room transfer was not possible. Given the safety concerns, we expected a prompt relocation, but that did not happen. Upon our return, this was the only action taken. We received no subsequent housekeeping; beds were unmade, used towels remained, and supplies were not replenished. This lack of attention was disappointing, especially after the bathroom incident. I hope the room will not be occupied until the ceiling is repaired to prevent injury. that room to anybody until the problem in the bathroom
