This was our first time staying at the Fulton Steamboat Inn. The hotel was beautiful. Felt like we had stepped back in time. The lobby area and rooms were very clean and the chocolate chip cookies in the lobby were dome of the best I’ve ever eaten. The front desk staff was polite, welcoming and very helpful. We would stay there again the next time we visit Lancaster.

Visited for the first time for a brief getaway. Hotel was very comfortable and convenient for sightseeing. Staff was helpful and courteous. Restaurant was good in a pinch, but not a destination. Overall, would recommend.

Disappointing second stay

First stay at this hotel much better than my second Registration clerk greeted us with his hat on. Restaurant was closed. Tavern wait staff not customer focused. Coffee not available in lobby in evening.
