Comfortable and affordable in Lancaster

Very comfortable, clean, friendly, has waffles for breakfast and doesn’t charge much for dog. Management was extremely helpful with rebooking issue. Has pool but we didn’t use.

Fantastic little hotel! The lobby looks a bit dated which made me a bit worried about how my room would be but I was very pleasantly surprised when I opened the door to my room and saw it was brand new and we'll styled! The bathroom in particular is very nice. Staff were friendly and I had an overall great experience! 😊

Bed was comfy. Close to where I needed to be. Property was being renovated, so some drilling noise. My room door was difficult to close and the floor in the room was a bit rippled, making it difficult to move the bathroom door. Hopefully renovation will fix these things.

I have a service dog so I normally don’t have to let them know because it’s not a pet. They said they were going to have to do a “deep clean” That I would have to pay for this. I told them it’s completely unacceptable due to the PA laws. The problem was resolved but the site should have maybe a service animal box to check off.so there’s no confusion The rooms are dated but clean breakfast in the mornings were better than other hotels. Pool was nice. The main interior and hallways needs to be deep cleaned overall it was a solid place I did like the fact our room had a stove top and microwave

One guy does housekeeping for the entire building. He only collects the towels and trash because he is alone. He didn't get to our room until after 6 in the evening. Flames shot out of my hair dryer when I tried to use it. I paid extra for a suite but didn't even use the sitting room because the fan was broken. The small air conditioner was in the bedroom. We had to keep the door closed so the bedroom would cool down enough for sleeping. The chair and loveseat were hard 1970s orange vinyl and extremely uncomfortable to use. Breakfast was underwhelming as well. Over a 4 day stay, we noticed only 5 total staff, with just 2 working most of the time. They are adding more rooms but should use the money to fix what they have. Would not recommend.
