The room had a bit of a funky smell. The couch was ripped. The biggest issue we had was the first morning there was absolutely no hot water. They said it was because the hotel was full and you'd have to wait 35-40 minutes for the water to heat up again. They weren't very apologetic. The second morning it was 5:30am and my shower was hot but right after, my husband's was lukewarm at best. I'm sure at 5:30 in the morning there was not that many people taking showers. There was no one even in the lobby or around the hotel. This was completely unacceptable! We were not happy with this considering the money we paid for the hotel!

The staff is very friendly. The rooms are dark and on the dated side but were clean. We had a drain issue in the shower and in the sink for the kitchenette. We stayed 2 nights and the breakfast on Sunday was good and included sausage gravy along with eggs pancakes, oatmeal, cereal, breads coffee and juices. On Monday, there wasn't any eggs or sausage gravy and we passed on the breakfast. The hotel is located next to a busy highway and road. At night, I could hear the road noise in my room. For the money, it is a good value and would stay again.

The only complaint I would have is how your turn off the main road (30). I missed the turn several times because it is not easily visible.
