The bed was very very hard. We had no maid service during our entire 5 night stay. No coffee, towels or beds made at all. I expected it to be better.

The shower wasn't clean; it looked dirty. There was hair on the walls, and it was obvious it hadn't been cleaned. There weren't enough towel. There weren't enough towel at the pool. At breakfast, I had to ask for maple syrup refills every day. There were no plates; I had to ask for them. The orange juice tasted like they'd combined all the juices into one.

The lobby is remodeled but the place overall is below average. The bedroom smelled like smoke (even though it says smoke free) and was bare minimum clean. The free bfast was also bare minimum. For location it’s great but don’t expect much. My kids did like the pool.

We did not see when staying in 2024 there was a pool. Saw it when registering this year. Enjoyed the pool, closeness to Rt 30 and all of Lancaster county. Very much loved the waffle breakfast each morning. Quiet area, close to all there is to do in the area.

Older property. It was rainy so everything from outside was tracked inside. Outside access only to obtain coffee ice or drinks. Ice container was very dirty! Staff was very kind to change original booking of room (my mistake) from a handicap room to regular one. However the handicap room had a large open gap at the bottom if the entrance door which allowed bugs to enter!

The property was close to spooky nook. The property was dirty, run down, things were broken and the bedding was stained with something brown and paint. Had the staff come and change the bedding but the new bedding was also stained. Staff was rude when I was checking in, I was 20 minutes early and they would not check me in said to come back and then made me wait another 10 minues after the 20 minutes. I will not use this facility again nor would I suggest it to others!!

Would not recommend this hotel !!

Hotel room was in decent condition. Had ironing board and iron but no blow dryer which was unusual. We asked for tissues and toilet paper never received it. The breakfast they say they provide was absolutely horrible a half a loaf of bread, some old fruit and a waffle machine. Will not be going back to this hotel again.

You get what you pay for…

I was very disappointed with this hotel. We were on the third floor (no elevator). The room was filthy. My socks were black from just walking on the floor. The shower had no water pressure at all. We were left with a 1/3 roll of toilet paper, and the door didn’t shut properly so you had to slam in closed to latch. The sheets either weren’t changed or had stains on them and the pillows were disgusting. They say you get what you pay for and the only good thing is the location.

Thankfully we were only staying one night. The toilet seat was broken and falling off the toilet, the shower was barely usable as the shower head had a major leak, so there was not much water to bathe with. All the locks on the door were not functioning correctly. The walls were dirty with stains around the light switches. The only positive i can give regarding the room was that the heater and television worked. I will definitely not be staying there again when in the area.

We were in a handicap room. When the shower was used the water came out into most of the bathroom seeping out into the bedroom. My husband’s gym bag and shoes got wet. There was cob webs around the pedestal sink and wall around the mirror. We used the towels we had to soak up the water and tried drying the gym bag at the heater. We asked to change rooms and the staff was very understanding and accommodating.

Motel states it recently went through a “renovation”. Anything that was done was done halfway. Lock installed on door incorrectly, toilet barely flushed, shower needed a redo, amenities section indicated rooms have soaker tubs - they do not, dusty baseboards, sticky floor, a/c not very effective so room was quite warm. Motel Is old and rundown and got a bandaid “renovation”. At least it was cheap. Guess you get what you pay for.
