Staff so nice and available 24 hours. Room clean. Restaurants, stores and Outlets so close, gas station in front and bank next to the Motel. I stay 4 nights, housekeeping never enter to clean, no matter I keep the room clean with my daughter. People in others rooms smoking and all hallway smelling like cigarrettes and weed.

This property is in desperate need of renovation. The lady at the counter was nice but the whole facility smelled like cleaning solutions and everything was very tired looking

Love this hotel. The best in Lancaster! Hands down

Omg! The best hotel in Lancaster! The staff are amazing the customer service is on point. I can't complain about nothing at this hotel. Showers get very very hot, heat and a/c work very well. The TV had Netflix, YouTube etc , very quiet. Very comfortable.

Front desk staff was very nice, quick checkin. The only thing I wasn't pleased with was how loud the people in the room above me were starting around 1AM. I could hear them walking around and moving things for several hours. Other than that I was satisfied with my stay.
