The place was acceptable for the night, could defiantly use some upgrading, is in a nice area and folks working were very friendly.

Room was clean and appeared newly refurbished. Lobby smelled like smoke even though it’s a non-smoking hotel. Close to restaurants and shopping.

Staff treated us well. The facility was located between Ronks and Lancaster, so convenient to everything we wanted to do. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and priced fairly.

Do not leave any women unattended at this place if you happen to find yourself staying. I left my daughter in the room while I ran out for coffee and a man that worked there entered the room disregarding the DO NOT DISTURB sign left outside the door.

This is a Motel & so our door was facing the street. When we got our key & pulled around to the room, there were people/tenets/guests sitting in lawn chairs, smoking & drinking beer outside their door rooms. All rooms on either side of us were “partying”. There was an old can ashtray on our window. The inside was average for cleanliness. The mattresses were absolutely horrible. They need to be replaced!! The toilet sounded like a duck was stuck in it. No cups, complimentary toiletries, coffee pot. Did have a nice TV, fridge & microwave. I would expect this kind of motel to be in the price range of $49 per night not $132!!! Would not recommend.
