The room was nice and the pool looked great but the weather wasn’t good enough to swim . Other wise very convenient and the room was clean. The carpets in the hallway could use a good scrubbing. Staff was friendly.

My vehicle mirror was knocked off and my car was parked right in front and Red roof would not let me speak to a manager so now I'm stuck paying for a new mirror for my vehicle poor customer service first and last time that I visit Red roof.

The room had amenities like a fridge, microwave, coffee machine, safe, hair dryer, iron. The mattress was terrible. The bathroom was small. The wraparound terrace walkway was noisy, there towels were too small, there was only one small bed sheet and cover for two people.

The bathtub regurgitated some awful mess during the night. They didn’t even offer any kind of refund. Just a 15% off my next stay there. Get lost.

I did not like anything about this hotel. The place is run down. It looks like they have a homeless shelter on the property with several questionable individuals walking around. The rooms are old, very poor lighting and the area outside of the rooms was unkept. If i had booked more than one night i would not have stayed. This place was a big waste of money. Never again. They need to shut this place down!!

Property was very dirty. Stains on the bed, tv wasnt working, no towels, and the bottom of my socks were dirty from the floors. There was trash under the bed, the guests in the surrounding areas are loud and smell like weed. Staff was friendly up until i asked for the unexpected $100 cash deposit back.
