I truly like that this property is located at a convenient spot for shopping and other attractions. Room was clean, smoke free and quiet. It does not have an iron which I found weird.

Easy parking by room. I didn't like that I had to give him my credit card again after booking and paying for everything online through Expedia, including the room and taxes, but also the deposit. I already supposedly paid a refundable deposit, but, when I checked in he said he needed to see my credit card for another deposit? Doesn't make sense, either the first deposit didn't go through or they dint count it or what I don't know. But then he gave me my room key. Room and bathroom and bed were all clean. But, the bathroom sink was clogging and draining slow. Not a big deal for me, I can wash my face in the shower. Just an fyi. I texted the front desk about it.

The pool was a mess! No option to swim there. We had to pack in the back and get through two big vehicles parked. The room was clean. Zero amenities. At night after show, kid sitting outside in underwear and big group sitting on chairs in parking lot. Little sketchy.

The towels were dirty and stained, walls were black from dirty hands or feet. The humidity level in the room was so bad, our legs stuck to the sheets cause they were so damp,clothes were damp from the air. They put some kind of air freshener in the ac unit that played havoc on my sinuses. Swimming pool was so dirty no way anyone was going in it. The water pressure was ok but not good and the temperature the first day was lukewarm at best

Find another place to stay

I have stayed many places in lancaster and this was the worst. The check in drsk had no restroom available which is unheard of . The motel is home to locals the pool unavailable and the attitude was uncaring and unappreciative of our stay. Have always felt safe relaxed and welcomed everywhere but here.

Upon reading reviews this hotel sounds great. BEWARE! There was black mold growing on the walls and brown stains on the sheets. The rug was so dirty and there were random nails sticking out of the wall. So dangerous for my two children. The walls were brown with dirt and shower curtain also brown. I’m not very picky about rooms but this was disgusting. We actually told them we couldn’t stay there and went somewhere else. This is first time I’ve ever done that.

My room was not clean. Visible dust & debris in corners of bathroom. towels so thin you couldn't get dry, lack of additional towels (I had 1 hand towel & no place to hang it), Wifi was practically non existent, programs would not open, Pool was unusable, 1 roll of toilet paper available. My bed had been so poorly made I had to remake it.
