There was a spider in the bathroom, the beds were very old and squeaky and the sheets were not changed and had multiple long hairs. Do NOT recommend.

it was clean tidy when arrived, didn't have any terrible incidents like it's written on reviews. They knew we were coming and called us to confirm. it is very quiet not fully booked. like the fact that I can step outside for fresh air at night not like a building hotel and is high. The only thing they need to change is get new blinds and install black out curtains too. it gets too sunny in mornings waking me up

This is our 4 th stay in 2 months. We love it here. The only thing we do not like is non of the tub stoppers work so it would great if a drain closer could be supplied.

Knew the day before our arrival that someone had broken the door handle but still tried to get us to stay in that room. Sent us to property down the street which was just a motel and i never received my ‘discount’

Very basic, could use a few more things like bathmats. Beds are on wheels, so if you move the bed moves as well.

This place was very cozy and perfect for our stay. Very spacious! Very clean! Water was nice and hot. We could adjust the temperature of our room easily. And it was very central to everything. Would come back again!

When we tried to check in, we called the number and got the code for the lockbox. The keys in the lockbox only opened the door handle but not the deadbolt. Nobody was available to unlock the deadbolt. Long story short, we were out of luck and had to scramble to find another place to stay for the night! We were not getting into this property, period. We were offered rooms at their sister property - which was a motel (we had paid for a 4 bedroom house with kitchen). Not an acceptable substitution and no financial concession for taking that option. They did agree to refund our full amount with no late cancellation fee when we didn't accept the sister property. Wow, thanks. Will see when the refund comes through...(it had better)
