Key card locked me out everytime leaving the room. Had to constantly go to the office for a new key. The residence were loud all night and they were throwing a party outside at the property outside my window. And they had roaches

After the experience I had with the manager & trying to get a refund for a stay that they terminated, I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. While the property was relatively decent, although a bit dated, the manager was one of the most disrespectful and unprofessional individuals I've ever encountered in the hotel industry. She really needs to learn how to approach people, as well as understand the information (their pet policy) that they (the hotel) provide to Expedia. Despite the fact that the information they provide to Expedia stated that they had a set per pet per stay policy, the hotel tried to charge me more than six times that amount for each of my three pets. The manager refused to honor the pet fee posted on Expedia despite the hotel having provided it &, despite confirming that the information was on Expedia, she said that she did not have to honor that policy since Expedia was a third-party provider. When my spouse refused to pay an additional highly inflated amount for the other 2 pets, she demanded that we vacate the premises. After giving us until 8 pm to vacate, she tried to charge us for a second night despite her having evicted us and told us that we would only be charged for the first night. She made matters worst by refusing to cooperate with Expedia customer support as they were investigating the situation. Expedia eventually refunded the full fee paid because of it.

It’s not extremely horrible

It’s not the worst but sure needs some work, rooms are halfway put together, something is always broken in the room, barely have working TVs and remotes, and my last room had roaches!

Room had an overwhelming smell of grease that did not go away even with the windows open. Stayed for two nights. It is an extended stay so property inside is old and smelly. Extremely basic with oatmeal, coffee and granola bars for breakfast. Picture on website is not what it actually looks like.

The woman at the front desk was great. The property however could use some work. The grass was getting high and there were a few hornets and wasps around. The guests a couple of doors down were very noisy but i nevermind it because i was only there overnight and some of those people live there. The carpets could use a good cleaning but for the most part it was ok.

Roach Motel

We killed over a dozen of roaches in this room. When we finally had it, hotels.com and the manager from the property decided I was not deserving a refund for the disgusting room my 4 & 2 year old slept in for two hours before we left! Terrible service all around!

Room we had had a unique no so clean smell, missing picture frames outline of where it was hung was still on the wall. A false wall or panel was not placed properly, could see machinery behind it. Bathroom light for toilet and shower not working. Missing dishes and silverware.

It was not a good experience

The food options should have more variety. Bed was comfortable but the sofa in the room was old and dingy. The room smelled musty and so did the carpet in the hallway. The water left a residue on the skin. It was very hard water. We stayed an hour and then left. Would not come back here. The hotel needs serious renovations.
