The only thing I missed was a coffee pot in my room but they have coffee in the lobby 24 hrs. The staff was very friendly. The entire place was clean and looked new even though it's been there for 7 years.

We checked in late but the woman at the front desk was incredibly friendly. Super informative about things to do in relation to what we already had planned. Breakfast was convenient and easy. Rooms were very clean and comfortable.

The attractive room looked recently renovated. There were, however, some design flaws. There was one light switch for the overhead lighting over the bed. I like the idea of dispensers in the bathroom, however , they were difficult and painful for my arthritic hands to work.

Very friendly staff! Decent breakfast. Cleanliness was an issue....not terrible, but not great. I will admit I am picky about cleanliness, but even my husband noticed. I suspect this is due to lack of housekeeping staff as they seemed to maybe not have enough help to keep up. Examples of issues: carpet in hallways dirty with obvious crumbs & debris, hallway trash cans overflowing, multiple crumbs (but NO bugs) beneath mattresses, dark hair on pillow. Otherwise, great stay and hotel!
