My husband and kids reported back that they did not have hot water and that they were expected to wait past checkout time for maintenance rather than just provide an alternate room or a priority fix. In the end they were able to get it fixed but not without a higher complaint which is always silly to us in hospitality. They said the hotel had great play spaces for the kids and they had a great time otherwise.

Besides the heat not working in the room, and not being informed of the breakfast cafe at check-in time. Everything else was very nice, and I will be staying at Wyndham Lancaster Resort in the future.

Very loud place, people running the halls all hours. Made 2 calls to front desk with no results. 7:30 in the morning they stopped. If you're looking for a quiet place, this is not it. They let children run about the place.

Was charged extra and told I had extra people at Breakfast with me when I was on a solo trip by self to relax after going to a friends wedding. After noticing an extra charge when I got home ( nothing mentioned at checkout) manager accused me of lying and said an employee said I had 2 extra people with me at breakfast. - I was by myself the whole trip. They charged me and said they would do an investigation. Horrible - talked over me rude and condescending.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST DESIGN FOR A HANDICAPPED WASHROOM!!! I COULD NOT USE THE TOILET OR THE SINK. WHO DESIGNED THIS??? A HANDICAPPED FACILITY SHOULD ACCOMODATE ANY HANDICAPPED PERSON. I AM IN A SCOOTER AND IT WAS NOT ACCESSIBLE. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!!!

The property is in great shape. However, my room smell like mildew, and I had to get housekeeping to come spray some deodorizer.. the front desk is horrible. They have these real rules of charging $50 to chicken early but it also check out late.. I understand if you’re checking in at 10 AM or 12. I was charged $50 for 45 minutes early.. I am never staying at a Wyndham again.
