About 10 -16 teenage kids took over the pool and hallways of the hotel for 2 days. Many customers by the pool complained to the hotel staff and nothing was done. There's a sports complex across the street from the hotel so I guess they get a lot of business from that. But when kids are doing backflips in the pool with young kids in the pool and nothing is done by the staff after several complaints is a problem. Won't be staying there again.

Quiet Hotel, Safe Location

The hotel exceeded my expectations. I booked it last minute not knowing what to expect and my overall experience was pretty good. I have complaints. My only critique is that they can maybe alternate between bacon and sausage sometimes (the only meat option each day was sausage) and add more hot food selections. Other than that, this is a great place to stay!

We are very satisfied with our stay at this property. We had our family join us from out of town and we are so happy we chose to stay here. The front desk personal was nice. The rooms were clean and spacious, the location is nice and quiet off the main highway. Breakfast was basic- eggs, sausage, make your own waffle, sausage gravy and biscuits. Juice, Coffee, cereal for kids. Pool was nice, warm and clean. This is differently our spot when we visit Lancaster.

Nick (front desk) is a gem! I’ve never experienced such exceptional customer service- Nick was incredibly helpful and courteous, professional and an overall pleasure to speak with. He is an asset to this property, we will definitely come back to stay because of him!
