Nice room with kitchenette. Well stocked with supplies, coffee pot, microwave,ample supplies with available outdoor grilling area and full size refrigerator. Clean, comfortable and polite and attentive staff . Definitely would stay there again.

Internet was 95% unreliable. I asked about it at the front desk and was told "were switching over our internet right now and you probably wont have internet in that area of the building". No offer of a resolution, nothing. The showerhead only faces to shoot water all over the floor beneath the glass closure. The towel range fell down when I took a towel. Nothing but sheer curtains to draw across the window even on first floor rooms 5 feet away from pedestrians and parked cars. Ive stayed in BWs before and this isnt a franchise thing, it was definitely just this this place.

Staff were lovely, place was very clean. Only two complaints: we stayed in room 302 and the bedroom door to the living room wouldn’t close so we had to keep the door open. Also, there were four of us who stayed in the suite, two people slept on the pull out couch and the mattress was so thin you could feel the mattress springs. For a group of 2 people the place is perfect.

The room had a mini kitchen which was perfect for us since we were there for parents weekend and had a lot of food for tailgating the next day. We were able to put everything in the fridge and did not worry about have to keep the coolers full of ice all night. Definitely staying here again anytime we need a place while visiting our daughter at MSU.

Air conditioning didn't reach the bedroom as well as the living area. This was an issue when using the pull out sofa as a bed, made it very cold to them and not to those in the bedroom. Sofa bed was also pretty uncomfortable.
