My teenage daughter and I (41, male) stayed for only one night, thank God. Our first room was shocking how terrible it was. The sheer curtains offered zero privacy from the outside and were shredded and in tatters. The room smelled dingy and weird. The bed cover, sheets, and pillow cases were all stained, wrinkled (did they even change them), and had someone else's hairs in BOTH beds. The shower drain was broken and sticking half out of the drain. Our second room (after I asked for another one) was equally disgusting except it at least didn't smell. The bedding had big stains, the door didn't close and latch unless you put your whole body weight into it (I'm a 190lb man and it was tough). My daughter and I decided asking for ANOTHER room would just be more of the same and I didn't figure I'd get a refund if I tried to leave. Our solution was to sleep fully clothed in the hair filled and stained bed. Neither of us slept well. I honestly haven't seen a big chain hotel room this bad in over 20 years! 0/5 do NOT recommend.

We stayed after an MSU football game. Really nothing that special, bit a good enough room to sleep. I didn't like that to check in I had to wait several minutes for the attendant to come to the desk.

There was a very strong chemical odor in the room. It was making me ill and I finally left at 2:30AM. In fairness to staff, I did not notify them of the problem or give them a chance to rectify it. I believe the smell was from recently installed carpet, tile or something.

The parking lot was very safe. The staff were very helpful and professional. The breakfast was consistently great with many options to choose from.

The staff was accommodating and helpful. The room was clean and price was reasonable. My only complaint is that the linens had stains even though they were clean. Breakfast was available but we didn’t take advantage of it.
