Rough start

When we checked into our room, the room had not been cleaned. The beds weeenr made and rhere were still dirty towels on the floor. We had to tell the maid. We the. Had to go back to the front desk and be issued a new room. The bathroom shower was weak and the water was cold.

Noisy and chaotic.

Staff was good and room was clean. However, it was difficult to sleep well due to noise from countless kids on sports teams making noise all night and apparently poor sound insulation. Not relaxing at all.

The bed was super comfortable. The coffee was incredible. They had a Bunn machine that ground the beans and brewed the coffee for each cup. So good! However, there was an issue with breakfast. That was disappointing.

NOPE!!

Heavly smellednof bleach/chlorine due to the pool. Staff and friends interacted like it was a fraternity party. Front door wouldn't open and I had to forcenit opennjust to get inside. 1st room had no working television but was clean and well kept. Second riom (upgraded) had a working television. It looked clean until we were ready to go to hed. When the comforter and top sheet was removed it has dark drown slit marks that looked like 💩. We just slept on our own pillows ontop of the bed without blankets and left the next morning MUCH earlier then anticipated.

Very Disappointed

I booked a last minute stay here only to arrive and find the room I booked wasn't even available. Since the stay was non refundable, I took the only room I was offered. They called it an upgrade, but I dont consider switching from a 2 queen suite to a regular king room to be an upgrade. Had to go get linens from the front desk for the sofa bed since there were none in the room. Multiple things were in need of repair (obnoxious flashing light by 2nd floor elevator, ice machine on 2nd floor, juice machine at breakfast). I would definitely look for a different place to stay next time.
