The free on site parking was great and near by many restaurants and shops. The hotel overall was very quiet and we were never disturbed once. The hotel staff was pleasant and accommodating. We’ll definitely be staying again next time we are in Lansing!

Nice place but no comfortable sleep

First room was dirty. We changed rooms but housekeeping never cleaned our room. When we mad the request for the room to be cleaned, they made the bed with the dirty sheets. The sheets are also washed in some very aggressive detergent so they are very rough on the skin. I wouldn’t stay here again. The person who checked us in was really sweet and welcoming though. He was the most pleasant part of our stay.

This hotel is great because it’s easy to get to and close to a lot of things between shopping and grocery stores and restaurants. It’s just not a 5 star so it’s not getting 5 stars. The bathroom is a little outdated but nothing crazy. I would recommend and would stay again!

wonderful hotel, no complaints!

Very nice! the room set up was perfect for our group. staff was very friendly. pool was really nice and for once a hotel kept up on the towels in there! I always have to ask for them, and they just kept bringing them! super appreciated! breakfast was good and plenty of sitting space which is often an issue at hotels. close to many things so very convenient. if we are ever in the area again i would stay here again.

Enjoyable stay. Spacious, clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Nice shower. Excellent staff. Easy to find. Good area. Restaurants nearby. Plenty of parking. Breakfast was not great, but o.k.. Scrambled eggs, sausage, bagels, waffles. I of course, like toast. There was no bread. Had a bowl of cereal and coffee. Would definitely stay again.

First time trip

First room the ac unit didn’t work, the vents were caked with dust like never washed. Then had to move to a new room right next to the elevator. The elevator was grinding so loud we had to turn the tv in even attempt to drown out the noise. The new room tv remote didn’t work. Service was great but for the cost and having to move rooms most likely won’t stay again. Breakfast was extremely limited in selection.
