The rooms are not kept clean under the beds is cobwebs and fifth on the floor my last visit the first had no remote control for the TV so we moved to a different room this room the TV. Was stuck on mute instead of contacting the front desk I managed to pair speakers to the TV at check out I mentioned the situation and their was no concern of our problem and how I rectified the mute situation with out having to change room S again. I do have pictures of the fifth under the beds if anyone cares to see

This place needs to be bulldozed…..filthy rooms, mattresses need to be replaced…..cockroaches in the rooms, tv remote didn’t work and when i went to get a replacement there were no extras available….rip off for almost $100 a night…..i will sleep in my vehicle before I’ll stay here again…..this is the ghetto part of west palm beach/lantana Florida….visitor beware

The only positive is that the front desk lady was very helpful and accommodating. This place is a dump took us 3 tries to get a room that didn’t smell like paint thinner. I knew I wasn’t staying at a 5 star but this is not even a star at all. Not sure where any of the good ratings came from but this is run down.
