King size bed was a joke. Free transportation from the airport didn’t exist. There was no hot water. They advertised free breakfast, but charged me. The rooms were dirty, and the staff did not communicate well.

The staff was great, check in was easy. But it took all night for the AC to cool the room, and the water in the shower never got hot. I didnt try the breakfast, but i did appreciate the 2 small complimentary bottles of water.

We always stay at Appleton when traveling threw Cebu anywhere from 3-12 days we have stayed here multiple times, always a great stay and easy to walk to lots of places

The bed didn’t have a fitted sheet on it, and when we called to ask for one they said the laundry was closed and there wasn’t one available. So we slept on top of the flat sheet with a comforter on top that we weren’t positive if it had been cleaned before we used it.
