Nobody at front counter upon arrival, waited 15 min and no way to contact. Room was not vacuumed and set of hand towels were visibly soiled and folded for use. Find another place to stay if going to Laredo

The property was very clean and the staff was very nice but when we checked in, they could not find my confirmation because the payment was under one name and the confirmation was under another name...both the same last name though. Apparently, the credit card was under my daughters name because she booked the room for us but she input my credit card. This was an issue for the front desk and it was my credit card that should have been use (the one that was input at the time of booking). The property did have some issues. The pool was empty...no water. The room had some foundation issue because the floors were very uneven. The bathroom did not have an electrical outlet. The area with the big mirror had no outlet. The outlet was at the desk area and at the bed.
