The AC did NOT keep the room cool. The hot breakfast was the standard. Nothing special. No hot oatmeal, just the packaged variety. Worst feature - for what the hotel claimed were security reasons, I had to login to wi-fi every time I re-entered the hotel. I could not get re-logged in automatically. That wouldn't be so bad, but the "basic" login required 5 steps, including watching a 20 second video! I've never had to do anything similar at any hotel chain I have visited. SO annoying.

Staff was nice and helpful. Coffee was good selection of breakfast items was good however overall cleanliness could be improved. Room had crumbs and dust on floor. Surfaces had fingerprints and headboard had "head prints"where other guests rested their heads. Shower creeked like the sub floor would give way ( we were on the 2nd floor) and rust on the bathtub. There was a note on the electrical panel in the dining area that said " check every breaker every 2 hours." Which means they have an electrical short somewhere. That was very concerning to my boyfriend who is a electrician. Overall, I thought the rating for this hotel was too high (9.4) which is "excellent" according to Expedia which makes me question the rating system that Expedia provides. I would rate it "good" at best.

I didn't like the fact that Expedia and Choice Hotels haven't worked out a way for me to earn my Choice points for a reservation booked through Expedia. This is going to be bad for Expedia, because in the future I will bypass using Expedia. So....I suggest y'all work something out.

The carpet in the rooms are literally disgusting. The water coming from the sink literally stinks and the covering of the bottom of the mattress frames are disgusting. The cleanliness of the rooms is just not it but it is very quiet
