Best part was the staff. They were short handed but friendly and helpful. Everything was broken down - exercise equipment, ice machine, waffle dispenser. Elevator floor dirty. First room was very dirty with peeling paint and water damage in the bathroom. Second bathroom had hair left in the shower.

Lots of families stayed and waffle mix ran out. Front desk said it takes an hour and there was only an hour left for breakfast so they wouldn’t make any. Ran out of coffee cups. Cockroach found in the Room in the morning. Check-in was smooth and friendly.

Hotel was not what was expected. Front desk clerk was unfriendly, faucet in bathroom continually ran, tv would make loud popping noises and turn screen off, but then randomly come back on. Very outdated

Everything was good up until breakfast. Ran out of waffle mix and coffee cups an hour or more before breakfast was over. Lady up front refused to add more. She said it would take 90 minutes to do waffle batter. Lots of guests were complaining amongst themselves.

Great location. HORRIBLE condition. Dirty, pool was broken, breakfast dining hall was not monitored so everything was out and we had to sit and wait for them to get food in the dining room at 9am. Fine to sleep but don’t expect much else. Wouldn’t stay again or recommend.

This property is very outdated, everything in the room is falling apart. They do have cockroaches, the bedsheets are dirty, the rooms look like they aren’t properly cleaned. Visible dirt and grime everywhere. The walls are very thin, you could hear everything from above and next door.

Very disappointed with stay and customer service

Tried booking a trip to check in that night and hotels.com app booked it for the following day. Immediately contacted support and they refused to refund my stay even though it was a glitch in the app. very disappointed would not stay at this property again. We ended up booking through the front desk as we were traveling and needed to sleep from a long days travel.

Close to University

Perfect hotel for a game at the PanAm since it’s just a 5 minute walk. Rooms are spacious. However, the couch was torn on the armrest. Cracks on the bathroom tile, sheets wrinkled, grimy drawer handles and the room smelt like smoke. Breakfast was mostly empty by the 2nd morning. It’s a great location but needs updating. Pool was open in Feb but water was ice cold.

Side door keypad needs to be fixed. It doesn't work so the door was repeatedly kept open with a rock, which could be a major safety issue! Also, our room door wouldn't shut all the way unless you pushed/pulled it hard.

Sofa bed had a bunch of trash when lifting the mattress, the elevators are falling apart as well as the hallways. Overall the room was pretty dirty. Also the entire property had a funky smell.
