I’ve stayed there before and it was ok for the price. But this time. I waited 2 hours to get checked in. Then got to the room that was in a different building and the keys did not work. When I finally got in my room. It’s stinked like cigarettes and pot in it.

Hall way and room smelled liked cigarettes, room door didn’t even look locked anyone could break in , bathtub paint was peeling off ,then cards to get into rooms worked whenever they felt like it , and to top it off I paid for a certain room was not made aware that rooms were no longer available and it’s supposedly upgraded and when we got there nobody had the Decency to inform us about this we had to find out on our own, this is so unprofessional be even more unsanitary, the health department should really be called ! I had a two year called with me and this is what they give people

There was mold all over the bathroom ceiling, and the bathroom did not smell clean. They seem to be putting all guests for that evening in the 300 building and right across the parking lot in the 200 building there were movers unloading furniture from 8:00 p.m. until midnight so it was very noisy. The property is not at all convenient to Highway 81. The parking lot has lots of potholes and standing water. I would not stay here again.

Room was in poor shape. Beds with noticeable stains. Groups of people hanging out outside the property. Strong smell of cigarette despite a requested non smoking room. Manager at night very nice apologetic and professional. We wanted to spend the night with kids due to a kids event around the area but we felt completely unsafe.

Disgraceful

The only bright spot of this day was the lovely woman who checked us in. After that, everything went downhill. our room was a non-smoking room. However, there were cigarette ashes on the windowsill and the night stands. The bathroom was disgraceful. absolutely no way anyone would’ve taken a shower in this tub. It was dirty and moldy. Totally beat up. Next we move on to the mice that we’re running around the room. the breakfast that was suppose to be available from 7 AM till 10 AM was completely empty at 9 AM. When I inquired if more food will be brought out, I was met with a gruff answer of I have to clean this first. I then started to request some milk for the cereal, and was yelled at that I told you I have to clean this first. There was no manager or front desk clerk available to even speak to when we checked out.
