Staff is awful. So poorly trained. They didn’t clean our room for 2 days and even then I had to beg. The front desk blamed guests for “over using the bathroom” by the lobby. No accountability. Middle elevator has been broken for 2 years +. Great location and nice hotel but the poor service just isn’t worth it.

I was very unhappy with my experience this time around our rooms were not cleaned one day. They cleaned our room at 6 PM when I asked them to change my sheets. They said it wasn’t possible. Super bummed by this overall experience. Overall a super nice location and enjoyed the adults only pool! When we were arrived they said they would be bringing us a bottle of wine for being an Expedia VIP member. Never arrived despite following up at the front desk. The elevator wait was at least ten minutes every time you needed to go up or down. Countless people complaining about it every time! At check in we were told the Sky Bar would be open from 2:00-9:00. We made plans and were going to start our evening up there. Got there at 5 and it was closed. No signs, no explanations, staff didn't know why. We texted the personal concierge multiple times and never got a response back. Sinks not draining, missing housekeeping supplies, etc. Overall really disappointed that we chose this place for our trip

I would not recommend anyone going there. I’m paying excessive Xmas holiday rates, but absolutely no service. Breakfast was ok, but house keeping was nonexistent. We have lunch & dinner plans daily and needed showering after beach & lunch, but rooms are never cleaned, often had to complain to get towels changed but room and trash never cleaned. You just feel you’re being ripped off at these rates and yet they are unapologetic about not providing house keeping. When go to front desk to complain, there is always lines of guests waiting to do the same. I have never experienced a hotel that I have to pay so much and no services are provided. It’s a very foul feeling to experience and they make you feel that there is nothing you can do as it’s no change and no cancellation. So they have your money no matter what you do. An exceptionally disgusting hotel. Let down by bad management.

There was no beach view, out of the 4 nights at the hotel, 3 of the night had no house keeping. Daily I’m shouting to front desk for fresh towel. They just don’t care despite complaints about no house keeping. Owners were not prepared to pay extra for staff during Xmas, yet charges customers crazy Xmas rates. Will never go there again!!
