Great location & staff. Housekeeping needs work.

This is one of my favourite hotels in Miami and I have stayed here before. The location is excellent; beach is clean and the amenities are great. The staff is also terrific at the front desk and beach/pool area. However this is the one time I had issues with the housekeeping. I found they did a poor job cleaning, did not replace items that were taken out of the room (ie bathrobe taken and never replaced, soaps and tissues/toilet paper not provided after housekeeping service came and left) and attempting to call housekeeping was also non effective. After complaining to the front desk the housekeeping service improved slightly, but I found their cleanliness was lacking and some items were still not replaced. Unfortunate. However, I am willing to give them another chance since the location is great and the rest of the staff were all super.

The staff at the front was very rude and nasty. The manager yelled at me because she did not want to check before 4pm. I contacted the front desk Director via Email over 1 week ago but still no response. My family will not be going to this hotel and overall rating 2 but staff rating 0.

My most important impression about a hotel is cleanliness which this hotel lacks. My check-in experience was horrible, front desk is nearly nonexistent, customer service phone never gets answered
