Never again.

It’s pretty filthy here. Lots of permanent housing for folks, which isn’t a bad thing except no one cleans. The halls stink, the rooms smell. The elevator smells and the lights didn’t work. The landscaping and the interior of the property are old and falling apart. Trash everywhere. Cans over flowing and trash littered all over. One transient was digging in the cigarette butt dispenser. Weird men just loafing around. Didn’t feel safe. They charge $15 per dog per night on the sign sitting at check in but the officer attendant told me $20. Then when I said “your sign says $15” he tells me “oh we need to change that”. We left early. We didn’t stay the whole time.

Central location. The whole interior of the property was filthy. Rooms and hallways stunk like dirty diapers. Would not recommend.

This is the 2nd time expedia didnt update that the pool was closed for repair. Thisnis the only reason we chose this place. Hallways smelled like cigarettes. Room smelled like mold when you turned the air on. Not the beat beds. And the breakfast..the waffle batter tasted tainted. They had 1 block of butter to share with strangers. Absolutely unacceptable and unsanitary. And they didnt have coffee made.

Good value.

The room was comfortable enough and didn't smell at all. However, the hallway smelled like a wet dog. I 'think' they allow pets as I was asked if I had any. The room was good sized as was the bathroom, it had a TV, microwave and small fridge. Despite my room being on the ground floor and next to the truck parking lot at the adjacent Pilot gas station and truck stop, the room was nice and quite.

They do allow pets it’s a 20$ fee. Breakfast was good had waffles , Yoghurt , cereal, coffee, orange juice, apple juice and a few other things. The staff were wonderful. It was quiet!!!

Such a dump

From the constant stench of pot in the hallways to the disrepair of the room. Where do I start? Cigerette burns on the bed covers, furnishings that should have seen a dumpster 10 years ago. Walls had holes that where plastered, but not painted. Bathroom floor, sketchy if it was clean. Pulled the 1970's faucet handle off turning the water on. Light switch in bathroom and ceiling fan disgustingly dirty as most of the other surfaces. Switch plate broken. Metal covering that ran over the light cord up the wall, half off. Light shades had holes. No hangers in the empty, doorless cupboard that was the closet. We stayed there because it is the only hotel in Ferndale. Never again.
