Didn't really interact with staff. The check-in was smooth finding my room was easy. Not sure if room service was an option. Not aware of any breakfast bar or if they even say breakfast. That kind of information would be great to have. Didn't see any recommendations of the restaurant in the hotel. Didn't receive information entertainment neither. But just to have somewhere to sleep for the night it was good. Pillows is very comfortable I felt like I was sleeping on the cloud.

We booked 7 rooms, called in advance was assured we would have all 7 rooms would be in the hallway. We also wanted 2 rooms conjoined. When we got to the hotel. There was no notes on my request. After calling and giving all the room names. We were told we could only have 5 rooms together and no conjoined rooms.

Overall stay was good; however, we never once got housekeeping although we inquired. We were able to source fresh towels when we realized that housekeeping never came. (The common area of the hotel was always clean). Also, we weren’t able to get our packages until Monday although we checked in Friday evening/night. This was new to me with traveling as I had sent toiletries in advance. There were good options for eats and drinks. The location is great and the weather was perfect!

We arrived at 4:30 to find the hotel had no rooms available. We had to wait in the lobby while rooms were cleaned. There was no offer to move to another room type and they refused to compensate for our wait with anything. The staff were very apathetic and not helpful. I had reserved adjoining rooms on the top floor and we were placed in rooms on opposite ends of the hall on the 3rd floor. Put a really damper on our trip.
