We loved the walk-in shower. We usually try to get an accessible room because my wife has mobility issues but there wasnt one available. However, the regular double room was spacious & had the walk-in shower so she was accommodated perfectly. Thank you!"

Very disappointed that the pool was not open considering we were never notified of it. I had 2 rooms with sad kids! Very upsetting. Then management called our room and asked my daughter to move our cars (which were parked in regular Un marked spaces) because other guests wanted to park there! The audacity!!!!

Terrible- would like a refund. Pool was empty, hotel half full- guy gives me a room in the middle of the second floor. Had to carry heavy bags up stairs. Tv did not work, ice machine was out of order. I was so tired and had to deal with this after traveling for 8 hours. Reese offered to move me- he gave me a room opposite side of building. At first I thought it was right under my room. I was too tired to re pack everything.

Well, the check-in and check out staff was very nice and very courteous was not happy that in our room the dryer didn’t work. The refrigerator didn’t work also were used to a coffee pot being in the room with a small serving a coffee available also when I want to use the restroom after eating the continental breakfast, all three toilets were completely full of toilet paper and poop was not clean at all
