I booked online Expedia and asked for a room for mobility assistance believing it would have a walk in shower like the pics showed. When I got there there was nothing that showed this room was for disabled except for the sign on the door. It had a standard bathroom and tub and nothing else. I booked 11 days and was concerned I had no way to get in the shower. I went to the service desk and the lady at the front said since I ordered a King size bed those rooms dont have walk in showers. I explained to her I did not request a particular bed it was chosen for me. All I requested was a Handicap room for disabled. She said there was nothing she could do because I checked in yesterday over the phone. My plane was delayed over 3 hours so I called to explain why I will be there late. A gentleman said he will check me in so it doesnt look like a no show. I had insurance protection on my booking so I immediately messaged for an agent to call. I would have to find anothet hotel that can accommodate disabled people. Shortly after the manager of the hotel came to me and said she might have a better room. This room didnt say handicap on door but it was better equipped for the disabled. The shower was an issue due to the tub but she brought in a shower wide enough so I can sit on the end and swing my legs over. Additionally it had a hand held shower head for me to use while sitting. It also had bars to hold on to stand: The manager helped me a lot. Her name is Liz.

The pool wasn’t working (that was the main reason we chose your hotel in the first place) …the hot water went out one morning, so my wife had to take a cold shower … plaster was off the wall in he bathroom … a rusted towel holder … very disappointing

Staff was very courteous!! Free breakfast was a bonus. For the price, it was a good stay. We were in town for Basic Training graduation so didnt need anything fancy. The hotel room was clean but needed some repairs. The bathroom shower had some mildew and corrosion and smelled like the plumbing was bad. Elevator kept breaking, but staff was quick to react and call for help. Pool was closed down which was a bummer.

The ac stop working a few hours into our stay, but the staff was on it and had an tech to check it out then getting us moved to another room due to full maintenance required on the ac. The breakfast was good with a variety of items on the menu like eggs, flat& round sausage, biscquit & gravy, potatoes, waffles, cereal, bagels. Overall, a good stay!!!

Such a hassle to make changes to your reservation when booked through expedia. When finally checked in the room was yuck. There were what use to be wet socks in the bathroom where the hairdryer was stored. And maybe a a shirt down below that. The room's ceiling had unrepaired water damage and thebpool was FREEZING.
