The beds were comfy and the property was quiet enough to hear the river. The balcony had a small table and chairs and we sat and drank our coffee there in the morning. A perfect trip!

Scenic view from the room, quiet, peaceful. Friendly, helpful staff. My ONLY complaint was a water flow issue that created a squealing sound after the toilet flushed, but all in all, an excellent stay and great value.

I was disappointed that the hot tub was not available. But I liked the charm of the hotel. I loved sitting on the balcony watching the swallows and the river. I loved watching the rock squirrels. Very peaceful stay. And the ladies in the lobby were very nice.

Terrible, do not believe the reviews.

This was a bait and switch. The reviews on Hotels.com are fraudulent. 10 out of 10, definitely not! Property is in terrible disrepair, not really close to down town and right off the highway (noisy). They obviously don't get many bookings as the parking lot was empty. The furniture is outdated, the bathroom was old with chipped formica countertops. The parking lot was rubble. The carpet on the stairs had giant holes - a tripping hazard, and the joint between the landing and the stairs had sunk and was off by a couple of inches also creating a tripping hazard. They fixed a part of the wall on the way to the bathroom with stained particle board. The air smelled bad and the AC unit looked 20-30 years old. We were charged $230 for this terrible room. We just turned around and left. I tried to get a refund due to deceptive advertising but hotels.com, and myself included, were unable to get them to answer the phone. So I lost all my money. I was able to find another room in town, which was cheaper, and 100% better, with lovely staff and a brand new renovated room. Oh, and the breakfast, the host told me it was biscuits and gravy, sausage and toast. It is obvious from the pictures people have posted that it's just microwaved stuff from Costco. At our other hotel, the Obertal Inn, it was hot and fresh, made from scratch. The only redeeming quality is the river, but since the property is not maintained, it was just an overgrown dirty mess. Don't waste your money!!
