Great experience

We had an excellent stay at the Fairbridge Inn and Suites. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable and everything worked. The property is within easy walking distance of everything. We would stay here again.

The hotel was nice and breakfast was great. Staff at breakfast and around were great but had an issue at check in and got charged for a movie rental that I never made before I even checked in according to the person that I talked to. That is hopefully being reversed, but it is frustrating to have to follow up on that after I leave. People were also smoking right outside the hotel and our room which was frustrating. That was mostly in and around their cars, but the whole area outside the hotel smelled of cigarettes and cigars right outside of the room.

I won't go back.

The most disappointing was the bathtub; it was very difficult to get in but especially hard to get out of--extra low and no back rim. Everything seemed very basic but not unclean. The people at the desk were very pleasant.
