It's old but in pretty good shape. The pool area, while dated, was very clean and well kept up. The pool and hot tub are indoors and were warm and very very pleasant on a cold night.

The buffet breakfast makes this property a great deal. If I had to go out for breakfast, it would take an hour out of my day and cost at least $15 per person. The room itself was just ok: comfortable beds, flat pillows (we bring our own pillows anyway), fridge and microwave for leftovers, tub didn’t drain and shower room didn’t have an exhaust fan, average cleanliness. The rooms open to the street so there was some traffic noise. The cleaning/laundry people start rolling their carts outside the rooms at 5 am so that woke us up early, but nothing a pair of ear plugs couldn’t fix. The proximity to the main shopping and dining areas can’t be beat. Parking in those areas is $4.50/hour with a 4 hour limit. It’s very walkable from the Inn even at 22 degrees outside.

The staff was so helpful. The breakfast was great and I was so glad it went until 10. They were able to keep my family (3 rooms) close to each other also.

Two out of the three staff we encountered lacked customer service skills and seemed more put out by their job. There were dirty socks left in the drawer from the previous people and the bathroom was dirty. Overall the convenience and price were good just lacked customer service and cleanliness.

Nice cozy family hotel

It was a good family hotel. It was cozy and cute, some of the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating and some were not friendly or helpful, but the good out weighed the not so good. The room, lobby, and pool were nice. The hot breakfast was nice as well. They had a free coffee, tea, juice, and cocoa station 24/7. I liked that you could rent movies (although a little spendy) and they had some food items for sale (ramen & Mac etc). I would have liked the hot tub to be cleaner but it wasn't too bad and I use it, and the pool was great. The room doors were a bit drafty and difficult (but nothing too serious) Overall mostly clean, cute, cozy well stocked and mostly very friendly hotel. I would come again.

The hotel is a nice place to stay for easy access to the main town and businesses. The employee who checked me in was nice, but I had to wait an additional 30 minutes after a 4pm check in, which is already pretty late, because they still hadn’t cleaned my room. The other staff wasn’t too helpful and the hair dryer in my room wasn’t working which is horrible since it was below freezing outside so I had to leave with wet hair.
