We were very happy for the most part with this hotel. It's a great value. We did not expect the evening social, which had a nice light dinner and drinks. The evening dining attendant was very friendly and went out of his way. Front desk clerk (asst. manager) was not very personable, sometimes not available, could not find EV charging card for a while (though I am grateful they offered EV charging), indifferent. Breakfast staff was extremely loud and used vulgar language (on Christmas eve, no less). I'm so glad I wasn't on the first floor near the kitchen. Even on the second floor halfway down the hall we could hear them yelling. You don't need to yell to have conversation with the person two feet away from you. But the room was clean, comfortable, and the kitchen somewhat equipped, though minimal (luckily we did not plan to be cooking a meal, just warming food or beverages). Nice that they had a pool, but too cold for this old man in winter. On the whole, though, we were very pleased, and if we travel to Harrisburg or elsewhere will definitely consider this brand.
