Book Premier Inn Leeds City Center accommodation from NZ$153

I stay here a few times a year and normally good. This time however there was mould in the bathroom and hair on the loo floor. Reported it when I went out for evening so could be cleaned - Sadly I got a fresh towel but not cleaned. The breakfast also was a bit disapointing with all the pastries and pancakes very dry. I would normally not write a bad review as hate keyboard warriers but as they have failed to sort on my visit or respond to an email am afraid that for £200/night I do expect better on the day and better customer care response

Room was clean, comfortable and modern. We used online check in and a digital key which was easy to use and convenient.

Parking next door staff polite and friendly very clean

Great location for train station, pubs ,bars and restaurants which is ideal. Hotel is nice and clean, our rooms were spacious with all amenities

Very clean room. Excellent check in and out. Staff all really friendly and helpful and enjoyable breakfast catering for both continental or traditional breakfast.
