Lovely hotel. Great location Very good breakfast although layout could be improved to aid flow of people. Complimentary cookie was delicious and much appreciated. One lift out of order which meant there were queues for lifts due to height of the building Parking under arches was great as all hotel parking had gone Cold in the rooftop bar and service was very slow

A wonderful hotel and a great location. The staff on reception were warm and welcoming. The room was smart and spotless. I can’t not mention the bar either. It had a great atmosphere.

Nice room but poor bed.

Unhappy with original room provided as it was an adjoining room and the noise from the neighbours was a bit much. We changed rooms which was much quieter, but a much smaller room. It was nice inside. Nicely decorated. Big TV. The bed was really hard with no give and felt like it was on stilts. Whenever my partner moved the bed shook and swayed.
