Our room thermostat was too high for me to reach and change because it was placed high, especially for a handicapped room. The room was very cold. The attendant on duty couldn't help because she is alone working. I suggest that this policy change at all properties, I don't think it is wise to have only one staff on duty.

The staff at Hampton Inn at Lady Lake are very friendly and helpful. The room was perfect. The breakfast was great and the breakfast staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is clean and attractive. We would stay there again.

The actual stay was fine. The staff was very helpful even changing my room because the first one was noisy. However, I received a notice after I checked out that Hampton charged my credit card even though I had already paid for the stay through Hotel.com and had confirmed the fact that the room was already paid for when I checked in ( the credit card was supposedly for incidentals). This is the second time that this Hampton Inn has done that and will be cause to reconsider whether I stay there again. I will be disputing it through the credit card company.

Very clean and quiet. There was a delicious variety for breakfast and Jill will greet you with a pleasant hello. The area around the hotel is nice with great shopping and lots of things to do. This will always be my go-to place when traveling.
