Did not feel safe in the facility due to other non-staff individuals and guests. Loud music played most of the night. Will never stay again. Staff were otherwise fine. Room was a bit run down but clean, the viewing hole in the door was broken and stuffed with tissues.

Door sticks, Wi-Fi goes away and have to sign back in, key card stopped working, 1 wastebasket in entire room, bathroom unbelievably small . Bathroom not even a hook to hang clothes on. When checking in I asked about adding a night and was told the room would be 3 times the price. I said no thank you but when checking out they assumed I was staying. Again I told them no and why . Then they were rude about the price being not enough to qualify for points. The hotel was convenient location wise but won’t be staying there again
