I have stayed at this property in the past and it was average at best but the staff was nice and accomadating. evidently the new owners or management has changed the culture in a negative manner. Will not use this faciltity in the future. The restaurant was a s usual verhy accomadating and friendly with excellent latin style food.

The property was well kept and clean. The location is convenient to food, shopping, and parks. I did not like the noise inside the hotel and outside the hotel. Lots of stomping and banging, loud music aloud to be played outside past 10pm. Breakfast was NOT great. There was NO coffee and most items were out by 7 am. No one checked on the breakfast items to ensure it was stocked.

The staff was very friendly, breakfast was adequate and the rooms are very clean even though the walls are very thin. The air quality is great and the price is right. It’s very close to my sister’s residence, who I visit regularly due to her illness.

Disappointed

My room was clean, but smelly. Not sure why, it had laminate floor, but smelled like a dirty carpet smell. There was no food left for breakfast even though it was an hour before the breakfast time ended and the coffee machine was broken. Breakfast eggs and other items were not replenished. Will not return. Another couple said they wouldn't return either.
