Great for a family weekend

This hotel is ideally located in the heart of the city, within walking distance to the downtown mall and with easy access to public transportation. While the facilities are not the newest, the rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and cleaned daily with care. The highlight of our stay was the exceptional service, especially from the manager, who was consistently friendly, helpful, and professional. Overall, I would recommend this hotel. That said, there is some room for improvement. Ground floor rooms can be a bit noisy due to their proximity to the lobby, elevator, and pool area, and we also noticed an intermittent dripping sound from the bathroom. Increasing the frequency of pool cleaning would enhance the overall experience. Additionally, while most staff were professional and welcoming, some of the night shift personnel seemed less informed about their responsibilities and available guest support, suggesting a need for better training.

Excellent place to stay

We had an excellent experience during our weeklong stay. The breakfasts were good, the room and common spaces were clean and the hallways were quiet. At noon, I noticed all the cleaning staff were eating their lunches together in the common area. It was so pleasant to see people from all over the world chatting and eating together.

We only stayed 1 night but we enjoyed our stay. Front desk very friendly, clean spacious room, beds pretty good, shower was great. We were on the main floor close to the front lobby and it was still quite quiet. Would stay here again.
