My card was charged three times for my stay. I was given no reason as to why just that they were fixing it and that it was just an accident. It was an over $500 charge to some that may seem like not a lot but to others, it is extremely inconvenient to have to wait 3 to 5 days for a refund that large when I have other bills to pay. This day was decent when visiting my college town however, the hotel was under construction and half the hallways were unusable. The breakfast was OK, but the potatoes were spicy. Overall, I would rate this stay a 6/10.

Very clean. They were in the middle of renovations but this did not generally impact the stay. You could tell that they were still getting some of the rooms fully back in order. However, very clean, functional, and friendly staff.

Found the door to my room propped open when I got to the room. There was a stain in tub and on the foot stool and the bed was very firm and uncomfortable. However, I got there at 10 min. to midnight and my room was still there even though they looked full.
