Room was good but not excellent. No Kleenex in the bathroom and no skid proof floor in the shower. There was no ice available. The machine was empty all the time we were there. The front desk said our receipt wasn't printed, only e-mailed. We have yet to receive one

The room looks NOTHING like the pictures. Those pics might be from 30 years ago. The room is not well-maintained - stains on the chair, the tile in the bathroom was cracked, the door looked like it had gotten wet and the wood had expanded, the cleaning staff was more obtrusive, they left the doors to the washing machine room open so it was loud and unsightly. I do completely understand that you get what you pay for and that is the case in this situation.

Not what I expected

The room was mostly as pictured however, I almost didn't go in because of the scariness of the exterior and general location. Several windows were broken, air units gone and there was an overall run down appearance. Coupled with being close to the interstate, a vacant overgrown lot and a liquor store, it was not screaming a welcome. Staff were polite but not brimming over with information. No one explained the wifi code or other amenities. While I could have investigated breakfast, I assumed it would last at least until 9am. Wrong. By 9:15 everything was put away. I couldn't even get a glass of juice. Room keys were plain white cards-no branding which was weird. Bathroom was run down and smelled bad but looked clean on the surface. Would not stay again. Will not recommend.

I came in to town on a work trip, the guy that checked us in attempted to break into our room while I was at work and my two teenager biys were in the room with the door locked. He had no right to scare my boys the way he did. He didnt call me until after the fact. He claimed it was over the air conditioning but there was nothing wrong with it. When the deadbolt is locked you dont break in the room. My kids could have been changing and you illegally tried to open the door.

This hotel was absolutely disgusting. It had bedbugs all over the bed in the room and it stunk. So nasty in the front service guy acted like he didn’t even care this place should not even be open for business.
