The word Quality requires another word in order to convey a full message. In the case of this property the proper word placed before quality would be poor. It's not a total dive but it was certainly overpriced for what we got. The floor was covered in vinyl plank which looks decent and is durable but it's a floating floor over an uneven base so you "tap" here and there as you walk on it. The beds were worn out. The bathroom door was unlaminating so it was repaired by putting screws into it around the edges. There were only 2 small drawers for unpacking so it's apparent that guests are not expected to stay very long. All in all it was disappointing. On the plus side there were no bugs.

The lady at the front was very pleasant. The room was clean but dated and the carpets were stained. The jet tub was very stained and had hard water stains around jets and not very appealing to use so didn’t get the use of that.

The bathroom was big and king sized bed comfy. However, only 3 small bed pillows for two adults? Needed at least 4. Room was noisy as it was right off main road and parking lot. Breakfast was pretty starchy, when I went to front desk to ask a question (twice)- no staff to be found. Good thing? Size of bed and room cost.

Great hotel, kid friendly

We love this hotel and the jetted tub rooms. I will say our 3rd time renting the room we got on of the jetted tub rooms on the first floor and it was not very clean and had a weird smell, almost like body odor. Love the continental breakfast. Waffles, yogurt, sausage, eggs there was a little something for all of us. Bed was incredible and the front desk lady that works there always goes above and beyond and even got me set up with the rewards program. Overall love this hotel, it was maybe just an off day for the housekeeper.

The hotel staff was absolutely lovely! But this hotel was pretty janky. The pool was closed, the toilet had big cracks in it. The walls in the bathroom were dirty, and the tub and shower was stained. The beds were pretty comfy. The continental breakfast was just ok.

Pool is down, not mentioned in property listing. Hotel did not offer refund for the lie. Only had entrance to the gym by the hotel. Check in staff was rude. Checked out and found a much nicer staffed hotel around the corner.
