Beds and Staff made the stay great!

The set up is a bit weird with ceilings being low in the hallways and common areas. Breakfast was limited but good. Staff was kind and accommodating - generous with allowing late checkout following a morning ball game. Beds were super comfortable.

Staff was wonderful and supportive. Very cramped breakfast area and cooked food very sub-par. Our room was heavily deodorized and smelled. Air conditioning unit was either too hot or too cold. Terrible humidity in room, clothes and bed felt damp. Room door nearly impossible to open and very hard to shove open. Many spots of room unclean.

pretty property but not good smell in rooms

We got a room could not stay smelled like bad water and mold. Asked to switch rooms next room smelled better but felt unhealthy and did not stay at all booked another hotel.

I didn't have a refrigerator in my room, they suggested I put my food in a communal refrigerator. The room spelt like mold.

We stayed 2nights, with a child & infant. We were placed in a room on the 4th floor… with no refrigerator. -_- I called down to the receptionist, who offered to put our things in the fridge downstairs. The 2nd night, a different receptionist offered to switch us to another room, but there was no point since we were leaving the following day. Some rooms on the 4th floor don’t have a fridge, but there are spots for them! The room/beds were clean. In the bathroom, I saw several curly strands of hair in the corners of the wall & tub. The pool room had a chunk of hair lying on the ground, but the pool was warm! Breakfast options were great! They have a high chair, but no safety straps. Overall, it was good, & we would stay here again!

Check in was a breeze and the front desk attendant was very nice. Outside of that, the lobby was so hot, we were all sweating. Our room was cold, but dirty and covered in mold. The bathroom had a ring in the toilet, urine around the rim, and what looked like urine on the bathroom ceiling. There was mold around the bedroom window, on the a/c unit, in the ice bucket, and on the walls. The room stunk of mold so badly, that I had to step into the hall just to breathe.

The hotel is in need of repairs: the airconditioning is noisy, the room smelled musty, and the bathroom shower faucet was hanging out of the wall. Expedia's pictures of the hotel give an illusion: you think the hotel is set back on a wooded property with an out door swimming pool to sit next too. Istead the hotel is behind a medical office in a large parking lot off the highway, pool is indoors. The staff was friendly, the hotel was clean. The lobby had fresh cold lemon water and fresh fruit.
