The lady that checked us in was rude, the breakfast sucked, there was hairs on our pillowcases, the beds are super out dated. However they are in the middle of remodeling. (Which we feel that should have been known to us at time of booking online)

Not a bad place to stay for the money.

I reserved one night for a family visit and needed a handicap accessible room. The first room was wheel chair accessible and beey spacious but it smelled like urine. Called downstairs to front desk the lady hungup on me before i finished explaining my problem, so we packed up and went to the frontdesk. She was not very pleasant but I did get another room with a low tub that did not smell like urine and was a good replacement. The walls are thin so you will hear the guests above you and around you so be prepared for that. Good parking and close to the mall, restaurants and several shopping centers. Not a bad place to stay for the money.
