It was just ok… TV did not work, but we were not in the room much… Shower could use a very good cleaning… Mold in the corners and shower door that some bleach and a good scrub could take care of

Swimming pool a little too cold for me, but my mom, though cold, didn’t stop her from getting her laps in. Thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub/ whirlpool!! Our queen beds were very comfortable!! Love all the pillows on the bed with different options to choose the comfort needs. Breakfast was very good with a nice variety of food and drinks. Really enjoyed our stay!! Always a win with Hampton Inn! Our check in person and check out person at the desk were super friendly and pleasant. Appreciate the cleanliness.

The check in was quick although the clerk was not very friendly. Just basic responses, not even a hello. The room was mostly clean. The carpet was old and felt gross under our feet.

We really enjoyed staying at this wonderful Hotel and the pool and hot tub were very nice. We also enjoyed the breakfast and the staff was very accommodating and helpful to our family.

I guess i expected a Hampton hotel by Hilton to be better than Holiday Inn Express, but it wasn't. The thermostat in the room only kind of controlled the temperature so you got both hot and cold all night. In one elevator you had to go to the 2nd floor and then press the door for the first floor. The next day the 3 button stopped working in the other elevator. When i told the person at the desk. He just didn't say anything at all. The fridge is made so that it only works a few hours at a time then it shuts off for 8 hours, which isn't good for storing leftovers. The ice machine kept leaking water. The snack center by the front desk was poorly stocked. The coffee in the room was really bad, and it wasn't much better downstairs. I really exoected this hotel to be better than it was because it's Hampton by Hilton, but it wasn't.
